Great location, big suite room, helpful staff, free parking, nice breakfast, comfortable rooms.

Nothing, it was perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and filled with natural light, providing a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. the staff was friendly and accommodating, promptly addressing any issues we had, such as a problem with the room's lock, by promptly changing our room. The hotel's location next to the highway made it convenient for travelers, providing easy access to transportation and ensuring a smooth journey to the airport or work at the fair. the hotel facilities were great, with a large suite room equipped with a big TV, perfect for relaxing after a long drive. The hotel also provided ample parking space, especially useful with large cars or trailers. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, ensuring a satisfying start to each day.

The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was conveniently situated near key Christmas markets and attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. the rooms weresuper clean and cozy, ensuring a pleasant stay.

One major downside was the lack of WiFi, a disappointment as it hindered our ability to search for nearby dining and drinking options.

I was in excruciating pain and desperately needed assistance. The hotel staff were pretty good too ensure my well-being. They immediately contacted a medical facility and arranged transportation for me. The kindness and prompt action of the staff made a difference in my experience. Despite this unfortunate incident, I must say that my overall stay was satisfactory. I appreciate the efforts put forth by the hotel in a difficult situation.

Clean bed and sheets, nice bathroom with good shower pressure, elevator, friendly staff. Spacious room, great ceiling height, excellent facilities, outstanding comfort. Windows fully closed create a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended, look forward to staying again.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a cozy space to relax after a long day. The friendly and supportive staff go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, offering excellent service and assistance. The breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of options to start your day off right. Plus, the hotel provides easy access to public transportation, allowing you to easily navigate the city and reach the airport or other destinations.

One aspect that could be improved is the lack of air conditioning, which may be uncomfortable during hot summer days.

We really loved staying at this venue. It was so easy to reach here by public transport and the bus stop was so close that we had no trouble reaching here. The staff was so helpful and they offer car hire, dry cleaning, bell staff/porter, housekeeping, and laundry services which made our stay more comfortable. The room was equipped with all the amenities including a mini-bar, in-room safe, and free wi-fi in rooms. We enjoyed our stay with free wifi in our soundproofed and very comfortable room.

Clean and comfortable bed linen, well-stocked minibar, reliable fridge, friendly breakfast staff, and prompt correction of billing error.

Felt extremely welcome, no complaints.
